Currently, people do not use their day correctly. They go to sleep late and don't get enough rest. But going to sleep on time has benefits that can help people in their daily lives. In this article people will discover the things that going to sleep on time can help.

Antibodies and stress

Currently, people have certain activities during their day that keeps them busy and does not allow them to rest. Sometimes, they can't even sleep properly. They fall asleep late and don't get enough rest to perform during the next day. According to a study from the University of Chicago, not sleeping properly can cause people to have higher blood pressure. In addition, less antibodies are produced and stress levels are high. All these data was known thanks to an experiment that was conducted with 6 young volunteers. They were asked to sleep only 4 hours per night for 6 days.

Anxiety reduces

One benefit is that anxiety reduces. Well, according to a study by the University of California at Berkeley, a person's anxiety level can reduce up to 70%. A test was conducted with 18 young adults. In that test they had to sleep correctly for one night. It was discovered that adults felt only 30% of stress they had felt the day before.

Protects from Alzheimer’s

A curious benefit is that it can protect people from getting  Alzheimer. Well, according to research from the University of Washington of Medicine, not getting enough sleep can double the levels of tau. This can cause Alzheimer.

Excess isn’t good

Sleeping a lot is not always good. Some researchers have found that people who sleep a lot have contracted health problems. Some examples are diabetes, heart diseases and increasing the risk of death. Knowing this, people should know how to sleep well, but not overdo it.

Sleeping Time

The proper time a child should sleep is between 9 and 11 hours. A teenager should sleep between 8 and 10 hours. Adults should sleep between 7 and 9 hours. This is the time recommended by doctors to sleep properly.

These are some benefits that sleeping properly can have. With this, people can see how important it is to sleep well and start doing it to improve their physical and mental health. It is a habit that should always be applied to have a good day.
